corruption

When a corruption error message(RRV bucket) as this occurs, as previously stated the database is beyond repair. It is not a Lotus/IBM bug, but a type of corruption brought on by end user misunderstanding.
If the database is of extreme importance there may be a 3rd party tool available to fix the database, but I am unaware of any such tool.
A workaround would be to create a brand new database and name it to something that does not exist. Copy all of the users documents from the bad database (that is assuming it can be opened) into the new database.
Delete corrupted database correctly, and give new db users old name.
Unfortunately, options are very limited here.
